Installation requirements for submersible type electromagnetic flowmeter
Installation Requirements:
1.As far as possible to avoid the measurement tube into negative pressure;
2.When measuring the mixed phase fluid, choose the place which does not cause the separation, when measuring the two-component liquid, avoid to be packed in the downstream of the mixture not yet evenly, and when measuring the chemical reaction pipeline, it should be installed downstream of the fully completed section, and the straight pipe sections are not less than 5 D and 2D:
3.Avoid the vicinity of large motors, large transformers and so on, so as not to cause electromagnetic interference;4.Select a small vibration of the site, especially for integrated instrumentation;5.Easy to realize the isolated grounding of the sensor;
6.Avoid direct sunlight as far as possible;
7.As far as possible to avoid the surrounding environment with high concentrations of corrosive gases.Operating principle of submersible electromagnetic flowmeter:1.The submersible electromagnetic flow sensor is mounted on the box board with holes so that all the water from the channel can flow out from the sensor measurement tube. In this way, the submersible electromagnetic flow sensor can be regarded as the outflow of no nozzle. Hydraulics tells us that in this case, the sensor must be in the lower reaches of the downstream, can be based on stable or slow-flow analysis. Therefore, the formula introduced in the first chapter can be used to solve this problem. Considering that the open channel is a free surface, the downward natural flow can eliminate the first item on both sides of the equation. Also, the lost head is expressed by kinetic energy converted into the velocity of the transducer.
2.Guide nozzle and its functionThe numerical value includes three parts, namely the local resistance coefficient of upstream inlet, the local resistance coefficient of downstream outlet and the coefficient of loss along the sensor measuring tube length. The guide nozzle is also called the trumpet. With it, the liquid can flow like a diversion nozzle, the negative pressure zone in the inlet area produces the contraction of the fluid channel, which affects the velocity distribution of the electrode outlet uniformly.
